Asif Zardari and his Queen’s English

I have received this scanned image of piece of writing by our president Asif Ali Zardari. It says “May gaad give us strent to save Pakistan Zardari learned a lot of things from Benazir Bhutto. I wonder why did he not learn to write good English.
