He said that the legislators will “rise to the occasion” and pass the proposed plan to rescue the Wall Street. White House is asking for speedy passage of the bail-out plan but there are some disagreements which I think will delay the final approval.

Whatever is to be done, should be done quickly and the interests of common people must also be protected in the plan.
