Just few facts. US went to Somalia as part of UN forces when Pakistanis and many others were there. Iraq is better off today, depends on who you ask. You have to ask the Shias and Kurds. In Afghanistan, US-NATO forces went under UN mandate and at the invitation of the only legitimate govt of Afghanistan, the Northern Alliance. Whether Islam is a religion of peace or otherwise, you have ask those who r killing on the streets of Karachi – Shia, Sunni, Deobandi, Berelvi, Ahmedi, MQM, ANP, BLA. They all are Muslims and more religious than I am, for sure
I am talking about indiscriminate force used by US forces to achieve their goal. They went to Iraq without UN approval. They supplied arms to insurgents during Afghan war.
It is important to note that U.S. interferes only when she sees that situation will hurt her interests.
The US remained silent as long as Serbs were butchering Bosnian. She interfered when She saw that Bosnians have started wiping out Serb Army using the missile supplied by ISI.
She put pressure on Pakistan to fire ISI Chief Javed Nasir and get her involved int the Bosnian.
