The father of the Delhi gang rape victim has expressed displeasure over the term used to call her girl as a gang rape victim in media. He insisted that her name daughter’s name should be disclosed to general public. He thinks this will be a good thing to honour her.Indian laws does not allow to reveal a gang rape’s name. He said:

We are hurt when she is called a gang rape victim. Now she is the daughter of the nation as she awakened the nation’s conscience by showing exemplary courage. That’s why people poured out onto the streets to support her.

I think he must not succumb to temptation. We know that BJP is trying to persuade him to give  an undertaking to disclose her name.

 

Samajwadi Party MP has lodged a complained with the he Economic Offences Wing that some has upoaded her ‘morphed pictures’ on a website and posted its link on her Facebook account. She said in his complained letter that FaceBook account has been hacked. This was disclosed by an officer. He added that FaceBook visitors posted obscene messages on her profile.

I don’t know why people do these to malign their opponents. I also see a lot of morphed images on social media. It is shocking to know know that educated people are behind these smearing campaign.

I love to capture happy moments of my life. My daughters have developed the same passion. They capture family events and share them with their our relatives in the US and Canada. In order to satisfy their passion, they browse through the Internet to see beautiful pictures captured by photograpgers. Recently, they shared with me the galleries of raleigh photographers. I browse through their work and admired the way they have captured events.

This news reports say that CNBC was attacked by Taliban when they tried to enter Sultanabad. Some of the militants responsible for the attack was arrested  by Chaudhry Aslam’s team.They  were attacked by them on December 5, 2012. Nadia Mirza said her team was attacked when they were returning from the areas after their doing their program.
Police officer tells Nadia Mirza that the people who are operating in the area are using Taliban’s name. He said we have not find genuine Taliban yet.
Chaudhry Aslam told us that Nadia Mirza’s team was attacked because they did not want know the world they are operating in the area. Nadia put a question to Mr. Aslam how did these militant group established themselves in the areas.
He said that it was wrong to say that police remained silent when these groups were consolidating their positions in these areas. He added that Police took actions in the areas in 2007 and 2008.
He said that Police is fighting a war with them. Though it is not their job. Police’s job is to maintain law and order. People should appreciate works of CID.
Mr. Aslam said that it was not possible to carry out a fullfledge operation in those areas because people and media raise hue and cry. He informed us that police and rangers have carried out operations in these areas despite difficulties. He told Nadia that they are involved in different types of crimes, including kidnapping and extortion. He accepted that they are involved in a number of crimes. He also informed us that TTP has killed 28 CID officials.  

The Punjab government has launched a metro service in Karachi with fanfare. We have been hearing about this project for a year. Now this project has been completed and launched. A huge sum of money has been invested on this project. PMLN’s opponents have criticized them for this project. They said this money could have been used to improve the lives of South Punjab. There is no doubt South Punjab needs urgent attention. However, this project is also meant for people. I expect that PMLN government should pay attention to other areas too after fresh mandate.
It is a good project and other provinces should initiate this kind of project to solve transport problems in big cities. People have raised hue and cry over motorway project too, but when they realized the benefits offered by motorway project they started praising it. Chief Minister said that this project will enabled teachers, people, students, labourers and office staff to reach their places on time.
Mian Shahvaz clarified that his government has completed this project in 30 Billion rupees. He sarcastically said if this project had been developed by Zardari and company, it would have taken 70 Billion Rupees as said by his critics. He informed that projects like mobile hospitals have been launched in South Punjab.
 
Mian Shahbaz revealed in his interview with javed Chaudhry on the launching ceremony that his government has spent around 400 billion rupees on South Punjab as compared to the government of Pervez Ellahi. He also told us about the a large number of Danish Schools, which was built by his government in South Punjab.
He also told Javed Chaudry about a 410-bed hospital, which has been completed in South Punjab.
