People are saying it is a Christmas miracle, a baby dumped by her mother is recuperating at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Police have named the girl “Baby Noel’ and is making hectic effort to find the mother of the child.
Baby Noel was left on n a Philadelphia sidewalk in a card box. This box closed to the trash can. Box could have been thrown into the trash by garbage picker.
She was found by an employee of the nearby church. Homer Keller had come out of the church to throw trash.
