Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet has unveiled their new 24-inch Warming Cabinet at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show. The warming cabinet has 4.7 cubic feet of warm storage space. The cabinet has adjustable-height warming shelves to accommodate items of different sizes and shapes. There is separate shelf, which hold water. This tray with water helps in maintaining temperature, radiate moisture and reheat cabinet’s interior. They have also provided a specially-designed thermometer to monitor food-safe heat levels.
Professionals say that Kalamazoo’s warming cabinet is excellent. They say that this outdoor kitchen equipment will be food service professionals and homeowners.
